If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. 30 hour Membership plan Refund request must be submitted 3 days in advance in case of 30 Hour Plan: 20 % deductions from Balance will be applied for recovering administration charges

2. 10 Hour Membership plan Refund request must be submitted 3 days in advance in case of 10 Plan: 20 % deductions from Balance will be applied for recovering administration charges

3. 3 Hour Membership plan and single hour plan are non-refundable.

Refund Policy - The Basics

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Conditions for Returns

In order for the services to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

● The services were purchased in the last 3 (THREE) days

● The services are never used

● The services cannot be cancelled once use has been commenced, Partial use refund is not allowed:

● The supply of services made to Your specifications are clearly personalized, will not cancelled.

● The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any refund request

Cost of damage

You are responsible for the cost and risk of damages occurred to premises and other properties due to Us.

You shall practice in good interest of protecting library properties provided to you for you use.

Gifts Vouchers and promotional items have NO CASH VALUE; and will not be considered for refund request

If the Service weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
