Terms and condition of use

The facility is provided to you for your personal use, please refrain from copying electronic material available to you, we have designed systems accordingly
Use of Command "Copy"/ "Paste" / "Print" are terminated in all Systems
You will have "Read only" rights on your desktop computers
USB ports are de-activated to prevent copy/ print from USB Memory keys
You need to take due care of company property viz, Desktop computers, Desk, Chairs and all other facilities.
Any damage incurred will be reimbursed by your deposits and or plan payment you made to acquire service.
This is library environment, you need to maintain silence to keep environment silent and peaceful, to avoid disturbance to your fellow readers.
Noise and disturbance will be reason for disciplinary action up to cancelling your membership.
Library has card access system installed and you will be given access to library using your own access card. You will be required to swipe your card for entry and exit both times so that, system can log in and out for the calculation of your time and plan benefits.
When you do not have sufficient funds in your plan, you will be asked to make appropriate deposit into your plan to continue to receive your plan benefits
Eating is not allowed in library, we have cafeteria at ground floor level, all are welcomed to use cafeteria facility on the ground floor.
Drinking water is available in pantry area, Library provides high quality clean water.
You are allowed to bring your own books for reading.
Absolutely No Talks, Only Reading. You have paid for reading time , so use it, do not waste it by gossiping.
